Requirements:
BSME or BSMET and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the management / supervision in one or more of the following: mechanical design, product development, quality / reliability (ISO Standards) and/or production machinery maintenance.
Candidates with a background in hydraulic and pneumatic fluid and airflow calculations who are experienced in mechanical design (tooling & fixturing) drawings utilizing AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have strong leadership, organizational and communication skills to interact with research & development, engineers, designers, technicians, customers, production management, maintenance, purchasing, and sales departments.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or a GED and a Vocational Welding Certificate with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on MIG/TIG Welding experience.
Candidates must be able to read blueprints and follow written & verbal instructions.
Candidates must be familiar with the operation of grinding equipment and part measuring devices (Tape Measures, Calipers, Micrometers).
